The Founders of Vanguard Energy are also the Founders and majority shareholders in VE Resources Limited, a separate company which provides operating staff to third-party oil and gas clients in the area of drilling, production operations, oil field construction, country management and general management.
VE Resources has several major clients and access to a large team of experienced staff available to operate in Europe or internationally. In addition to managing large projects VE Resources is able to assemble small dedicated teams to conduct due diligence and related work for a diverse range of clients.
Contracts exist between Vanguard and VE Resources in order to provide Vanguard with a full operational management and operational staffing, when appropriate, on a commercial basis. The operational capability of VE Resources forms part of the overall capability of Vanguard Energy and is an integral part of the “Vanguard Group”.
